The payee field's suggestions are rows of the form under it, as many as fit above the keyboard: the form moves up to show them, and they never cover a key. A name that begins with what is typed comes first, an inactive payee last. «＋ New payee “…”» takes the place of the small (+), and «All matches · N» opens them all in a sheet with its search. A pick puts the keyboard away, the category it brings in sight; the keyboard's Done takes the first. With a keyboard of keys ↓ and ↑ move through them, Return takes the one marked, and Esc puts them away. Before a letter is typed, «Recent» lists the four payees last used with the account, and those of other accounts when it has fewer; none inactive. A tap or ↓ and Return takes one, and Done on an empty field only puts the keyboard away. A tap on a field that holds its payee opens no list of that one payee. On a phone on its side, with no room for a row, the best match shows in the field's row

On Android the payee suggestions went over the keyboard, covering its keys, and a tap meant for a key could pick a payee; on iPhone the lower ones went under the keyboard

A schedule saved with dates already gone by asks what to do with them: record each on its own date, or keep to the dates to come. A one-off dated in the past is recorded or given another date; it used to be deleted with nothing written

On a window 1,000 points wide or wider — an iPad or an Android tablet in landscape, a 13″ iPad in portrait too — Transactions, Accounts and Budgets keep their list at the left and show what is picked in it at the right: a transaction with its account, category, status and what can be done with it, an account's screen, a budget's screen. Until one is picked, the right says what will show there. Beside them the sidebar folds to its icons; its button at the top opens it whole. Edit opens the form as a card, as before. With a keyboard, ↑ and ↓ pick the transaction before or after, Return edits it, ⌫ deletes it, ⌘E (Ctrl+E) and ⌘D (Ctrl+D) edit and duplicate it, and Esc puts the pick away

On a deposit's last day its notification says what it holds and the interest it is due, with Close deposit and Renew — Renew first for a deposit that renews itself; on an iPhone they show on a long press. In Accounts the deposit waits under Ended, over Ending soon, with the same two buttons, until it is closed or renewed; this replaces the quiet "Matured" and the banner. Close deposit is one sheet: the interest, Kazna's estimate for the last period, to correct from the bank's statement; where the money goes, the account the deposit paid into first; the day; and the account put with the closed ones. It records the interest as income on the deposit, moves all it holds and closes it. Renew opens the deposit wizard on the old one's terms from its last day, with all it holds and the interest: when the new deposit opens, the interest is recorded, everything moves into it and the old one is closed. The notification goes once the deposit is closed or renewed. A tap on a reminder about an account — a deposit's end ahead, a card's payment, a target, a low balance — now opens the account

One purchase in several categories: Split — a capsule on the transaction form, and the first row of the category sheet — makes the category there its first part, with the whole amount. Each part is a row with its category and its amount, typed in the row; what is left is the Remainder, a tap on which gives it a category and makes it a part, in a sheet with the latest categories as capsules, a comment and a project. A split with something left is not saved. Parts can also move money to another account (+ Transfer), and Don't split goes back to one category. In Transactions a split is named by its parts — «Groceries · Household +1» — and its sheet lists them; reports and budgets count each part in its own category, as before

A payee is a Person, a Company or Not said, picked in its sheet. Until then Kazna works it out: a payee from the catalog is a company, someone you have a debt with a person; what is picked in the sheet it never changes. People show their initials in a violet circle in Transactions, in the payee field and in Debts. Payees & projects has All, People and Companies over the list, with what went to them — or came from them — and its share of the spending or income; the choice is kept. The person sheet of a debt lists people first, then payees not said, and companies only when searched for; someone added there is a person

A transfer between accounts in two currencies works out what arrives from the rate on its date, the rate and its day under the amount; a tap selects it to be typed over, and an amount you type stays yours

A form with something typed or picked in it asks before Close, Back or Esc on a keyboard leaves it: Leave without saving?

A category's parent is picked from categories of its own type, with no latest used over them

A payee added from the payee field is a person or a company there and then, and the filter's payees wear their logos and people's initials, as the field's do

Settings → Language & look → Theme: the system's, as before, or light or dark whatever the system's is; the app, its bars and the keyboard change at once

A scheduled transaction could fall a day off, in the planner and the forecast too — in Moscow a monthly run made just after midnight on the 28th came on the 29th, in Vladivostok one at 9:00 too, west of UTC an evening or a midnight run came the day before — and across a change of clocks an hour off. Runs now keep their day and hour

A transfer between accounts in two currencies was saved with nothing arriving, the money gone from one account and in none; it now asks how much arrives

A split's transfer brought nothing to the account it went to, or took what was typed from it, and saved with nothing arriving it said nothing

In a currency with no cents, as the yen, or with one decimal, an amount typed on a form was saved 100 or 10 times smaller — ¥1,000 came out as ¥10 — and one opened to be edited showed 100 or 10 times larger. Amounts saved that way before are left as they are: correct them on the form

Budgets for a month added up the budgets of both periods it touches, a budget from the 4th to the 3rd counted twice; the summary now counts the budgets running today, or in the middle of a month looked back at

Once a sheet over a form closed — a project's, a place's — the keyboard came up again in the comment

To in a transfer offered the account it comes from

⌘↩ on an iPad and Ctrl+Enter on Android saved every form but a transaction's and a transfer's

Esc on an Android keyboard did not close a sheet; it now does, as it closes a form

Currencies went on showing a currency's amounts in its old format once its places or separators were changed, until it was opened again

With three-button navigation on Android the tab bar went a little onto the buttons' strip; it now rests above it

Save and add another covered the row of capsules while the keyboard was up; it now waits under the keyboard

A search of Payees & projects among people or companies that found nothing did not say it had looked among them alone; it now offers all payees

Scheduled's + could not make a transfer, its segment greyed out; a new schedule or template now switches to a transfer as a new transaction does

On a form a tap on a field's name — an account's, a category's, a budget's — did nothing; it now puts the cursor in the field

The new lines of a long comment went under Save and add another, out of sight

+ in the project or place sheet came up without the cursor in the new name, and the sheet stayed open once it was added

A search of Categories that finds nothing now says so

The payee field of the transaction form suggested none of your payees as you typed

A split opened to be edited showed no category and none of its parts, and saving it made it a purchase with no category, its parts gone

The sample data's notes named March, April and May whatever the month, and a credit card in the Russian sample ran past its limit

The reports have a new look: their name and dates stay at the top, the period and the view sit in a capsule at the bottom, within reach of a thumb, the total comes first and large, and charts and lists sit on cards. Cash Flow shows the month's pace as bars, and folds the months with no transactions into one line. In the dark theme the Calendar's largest days are a bright red now, not a pale pink

Screens come and go as the phone's own do: on iPhone and iPad they slide in from the side over the one they open from, and a swipe from the screen's left edge takes you back, the screen following your finger; on Android they move and fade as Material's do, and from Android 15 Back's gesture shrinks the screen as you swipe, showing where it leads before you let go. On iPhone and iPad Kazna fills the screen to its edges, with no white strips under the clock and the home bar

New tabs, as iOS 27 draws them: five in a glass bar floating over the screen — Home, Accounts, Transactions, Reports, More — the one shown on a gold pill. Budgets are in More now, first among the finance pages, and a › on Home's budget card opens them; set as the screen to start on, they open over Home. A tab's title is large and folds into its bar as the list scrolls. Over the tabs, the Blotter's total, its search and its buttons for a transfer and a transaction, and the accounts' total and their button for a new account, sit in a glass capsule in place of the bar at the screen's foot; Home's own + is gone. On iPhone and iPad the screen to start on, set in Preferences, is the one Kazna starts on now

As a list scrolls down, the tabs fold into one round button, the tab you are on, with the totals and their buttons beside it in the same row; they unfold as you scroll back or tap the button. Settings → Language & look → Shrink the tabs on scroll turns it off

Home has a new look: net worth large on the ground, its sum staying in the bar once it scrolls away; under it the accounts and the cards, drawn as the reports draw theirs — the name, with the month and a › to the report on the right. Any card can be a tile half the width, two to a row: a card's settings → Size. Edit at the top edits Home: cards move by their handles, – takes one off (Undo brings it back), + opens Add widget with a picture of each, and a tap on a card opens its settings, a sheet now. A long press on a card does the same. This replaces the swipe with buttons on a card. The demo's card is a narrow gold line now, Sample data · Exit

Transactions has a new look: a day's transactions sit on one card under the weekday and date, with what that day changed the total by, in the home currency, on the right. The tab's title is large and folds into its bar as the list scrolls up under it, blurred; the demo's line is the list's first. A transfer shows both accounts' logos, and its arrows lie at 45° as money in and out do; Home has these arrows too. The grey status bar is gone: a status out of the ordinary — Pending, Cleared, Reconciled, Restored — is an icon before the date or, with Preferences → Transactions → Transaction status, a badge on the transaction's icon. A transaction's sheet has its amount large, the status in segments, its actions in a list and Delete apart. Choosing several (a long press) shows how many, what they add up to, All and Edit in the capsule over the tabs, not in a bar over them

An account's screen has a new look: the same bar as Transactions and the reports, with Update balance, Monthly view, Statement (for a credit card) and the filter. Under it, the account's strip: its card's thumbnail (a tap shows the card) or its bank; for a credit card, Available … of …, a bar of the limit and the next payment; for another account, its type and last activity. The balance is in a capsule at the foot with search, transfer and +, in place of the old bar. Its rows no longer repeat the account's name, a transfer is named by its other side — "→ Revolut", "← Chase Savings" — and a day's total is in the account's currency. Lists opened from the reports, budgets and Home have the same bar and a capsule with the total and search. Totals open as a sheet: the home currency's total large, each currency with its rate and what it comes to

Accounts has a new look: the tab's title is large and folds into its bar as the list scrolls up under it, blurred; the demo's line is the list's first. The accounts sit on one card — grouped, a card for each group with its total over it — each in two lines: its name, a gold star by a bank's main account, and under it the bank, the card's last digits and the last transaction; the balance on the right. A credit card shows what is left of its limit, what it owes under it in red, and its limit as a thin bar, the same bar as on its own screen; Preferences → Accounts List → Credit bar shows debt fills both with the debt. Deposits ending soon are a section of their own over the accounts, and a deposit's second line has its rate and the days it has left. An account's menu opens over the dimmed screen, the account lifted out of the list: the same buttons as before, in circles, with the ones that delete set apart under a line and Delete account in red. Sort & filter is a sheet of grouped rows: the sort ticked, grouping and deposits in segments, switches; a dot on its button says the list is sorted, grouped or filtered

The transaction and transfer forms have a new look, as the other screens do: Close, the date and time in a capsule and Save in gold at the top, Save and add another in a capsule at the foot. Expense, Income and Transfer are segments over the amount, and a new entry turns from one to another keeping its amount, date and account. The amount is large, as its currency writes it — its symbol where the currency puts it, its thousands grouped, its fraction smaller — and the places still to type are pale, a pound's two, a yen's none. The fields are rows on a card, each value on the right with its logo; a note, a location, a project or a status an entry has not been given wait as capsules, «+ Project», each opening its row. The date and time are one sheet: today, yesterday or two days ago with one tap, the month, the time. The category, account, currency, location and project are picked from sheets: a search capsule, recent categories as capsules, accounts with their banks' logos and their balances in plain ink, red only in debt

The account form has a new look: at its top, the account as Accounts will draw it — a card's face with its bank and last digits, or its bank's plate with its name; a tap is the card's look or the icon. The opening balance is large, as a transaction's amount is, with its currency and sign in capsules under it; a credit card has its limit large, and under it what is available and what it owes. The fields are rows on cards: the essentials, the cards with Add card, Payments — the statement and payment days, the spending target. A note or labels the account has not been given wait as + capsules, and labels are capsules of their colours. Advanced is a card: the position in the list with − and +, and switches. The type is picked from tiles, three to a row, with what the one chosen is for

The deposit wizard has a new look: its steps a strip under the bar, Continue and Open deposit a gold capsule at the foot. The rate is large, the terms are capsules in the app's language ("1 yr", not "1y"), Term and Exact date are segments, and the dates a sheet with the month. Funding is its sum, large, with what the account it comes from is left with under it. The last step shows the deposit as it will stand in Accounts, and a summary with the interest it is expected to earn. A deposit's terms in the account form look the same

A payee, a project, a location, an account label and a bank of your own are edited in a sheet, as a category or an account is picked: Close, the name and Save in gold in place of a dialog with Cancel and OK. On top, the payee's logo or the icon, large — a label as a capsule of its colour, as the account form shows it; the fields are rows on a card, Active a gold switch

The category and currency forms have the look of the transaction and account forms. A category shows its icon large with its parent over it, expense or income in segments. A currency shows amounts as it will write them — sign, thousands and fraction — changing as you edit, and its places, separators and symbol position are segments with examples. Icons are picked from a sheet: a search, the groups as capsules, a grid six to a row, the chosen one framed in gold

A schedule's and a budget's repeats are a sheet with Save in gold: how often in segments, the start date from a sheet with the month, what a non-working day does and when it ends as rows with a tick, and under them the next dates as non-working days move them. A split's parts sit on a card, each with its amount and comment, Unsplit amount in green once it is nothing; a part is edited in a form of the same look

A built-in category is named in the app's language — in its own form too, which showed the device's ("Food" in place of «Еда»). A name or an icon of your own given to a built-in now stays, and shows everywhere: the lists kept the old name, and an update of the app put back both name and icon

Budgets have a new look: at the top, large, what was spent of what was planned, with its bar; the budgets of one period sit on one card under its dates and the days left; each shows what it spent of its limit, what is left and its bar — gold, amber when spending runs ahead of the days or nears the limit, red past it. A tick on the bar marks where spending would be had it gone evenly day by day. Savings are on a card of their own, in green. The period is in a glass capsule at the bottom: its arrows step through the months, its name chooses another period; + sits beside it in gold

A long press on a budget opens a menu, as an account's does: Transactions, Edit, Copy, and deleting — for a repeating budget, Delete this period or Delete all periods straight away. Copy makes a new budget with the same categories, amount and repeats

The budget form has a new look: Spending · Saving as segments, the limit or goal large, the accounts and categories picked in sheets — the categories as a tree with tick boxes, those chosen as capsules over it

The lists have a new look — categories, payees, projects, places, account labels, currencies, rates, banks, templates, scheduled transactions, debts and non-working days: their rows on one card, a search capsule, and at the bottom a glass capsule with how many there are, the list's own action (Edit, Logos, Rates, All banks, Transfer) and + in gold, in place of the dark grey button and bar. A long press opens a menu, as an account's does; deleting is there, and the bins on the rows are gone. What to merge into or put in something's place is picked in a sheet with a search

Categories: expenses and income as segments, and a search that finds a category at any depth. The handles on every row are gone: moving and hiding are in Edit, with A–Z and Collapse. A category's menu has its transactions, its subcategories' included, and Subcategory

Built-in categories are locked: their name, emoji and parent can be changed, but not whether they are an expense or income, and they can't be deleted, merged or made a project — Hide puts them away, keeping their history and the suggestions made by them. A renamed one has Restore “Food”, which names it in the app's language again. Opening balance can only be hidden

Currencies: the home currency on a card of its own at the top. Rates: the base currency and the refresh in the capsule at the bottom. Non-working days by year, a date picked in the sheet with the month. Account labels: each label a capsule of its colour

An edited category didn't change in Categories until the list was opened again; Debts showed its months in English

Preferences have a new look: nine sections on cards, as in the More tab — an icon in a coloured circle and, at the right, what is chosen: the language, how many reminders are on, the rates' source, the protection, the automatic backup's time. Inside a section its groups sit on cards with what they do under them, switches are gold, and choices come from a sheet or as segments in place of lists that unfold; an option that depends on another shows once that one is on. «User interface» is «Language & look» now, the transaction screen's options are «Transaction form», and the database backup's are «Backups»; sort orders are under «Sorting»

The reminders — of deposits ending, of payments, of spending targets and of low balances — have a section of their own, «Reminders», instead of the end of the accounts' options. «Other» is gone into the rest: haptic feedback to «Protection», rates' automatic update to «Exchange rates», restoring missed scheduled transactions to «Transactions»

The PIN, the backups' password and the automatic backup's time are set in sheets from the bottom, not in dialogs; the PIN on a round keypad, its dots filling with gold. A swipe's actions are chosen from a sheet and numbered in the order you tap them

Options that changed nothing are gone from Preferences: «Entity Selector», the order of the place, note and project fields, «Show 'Take picture'», «Use fixed layout», «Allow enter currency decimal places», «Open Calculator» and the automatic backup reminder

«Sort locations» only changed the order of places in a CSV export, while the list of places stayed alphabetical; «Sort budgets» did nothing on iPhone, and on Android not until Kazna restarted

Back on a page of Preferences closed Preferences rather than returning to their list

The Transactions filter is a sheet from the bottom, as the forms are: its rows on cards — When, Accounts, What — and the sort order, each with what it is set to or «All», ✕ to take that off and «Clear filter» under its name for all of it. The period is chosen from capsules — today, yesterday, weeks, months, years — or as dates of your own from the transaction form's date sheet. Categories, payees, projects, places, accounts, banks, labels and currencies are picked from a sheet with a search and boxes to tick, «Exclude selected» a switch under them; the status, the note and the sort order have sheets too

A filter that is on shows now: in Transactions, on an account's screen and in the other lists of transactions, capsules under the title say what it is. ✕ on a capsule takes that off, a tap opens the filter. A budget's screen has no filter button any more — it did nothing: a budget's transactions are what the budget counts

A transaction's and an account's Info is a sheet, not a dialog: its icon, its name and its amount large at the top (an account's card and balance), its details on a card under them, the note on a card of its own, and Edit in gold at the foot

The filter named built-in categories in English — «Food» where it meant «Еда»

A new debt starts with its money: «I lent · I borrowed» as segments, the amount large in its account's currency, From account (To account for a loan taken), the date and a note. Saving records the transaction on the account, with no category and the person as its payee, and links it to the debt; without an amount the debt starts empty, as before. The person comes from a sheet with a search: those you have open debts with first, with how much, then your other payees, and a name you type can be added there

A debt's screen is drawn as a budget's: at the top who and since when, Open or Closed, what is left to get back large and a bar of how much has come back; under it Lent and Repaid as transactions on cards, as in Transactions, each with its sum over it. At the foot a capsule with what is left, «+ Lend» and «+ Repayment» («+ Borrow» and «+ Pay back» for a loan taken); Edit, Close and Delete are in the ⋯ menu, and a long press on a transaction takes it off the debt

Linking to a debt is a sheet: first «New transaction», which opens the transaction form with the person and the right direction and links what it saves; under it the transactions already there, on every account: the person's first, a search, the accounts as capsules, tick boxes and Done. Only transactions in the debt's currency and going the right way are offered; opening balances and those linked already are not

When a debt is paid back in full, a bar at the foot asks «All paid back. Close the debt?», in place of a dialog

The planner is drawn as Transactions: days on cards with each day's sum, rows with their logos and accounts, money in green and out in red. At the foot a capsule: the period between ‹ and ›, which step it back and forth — a tap on it opens the period sheet — and the period's total. A transfer between your own accounts no longer counts as spending in that total

Delete old transactions is a form: the account at the top, Up to from the date sheet, Back up first as a switch, and under them, before anything goes, how many transactions that is and from when; the red button at the foot deletes them, once confirmed

Delete old transactions deleted nothing — its confirmation led nowhere

Debts and the planner are in all 20 of the app's languages, not just five

Backups are one screen instead of three items in More: the latest copy at the top — when it was made, its size, whether it has a password — then every copy in a list, the daily ones marked «auto»; the daily copy, its time and notifications, the folder and the copies' password are there too. At the foot a capsule: how many copies, Send a new copy, and Make a copy in gold

A copy opens as a sheet: when it was made, its size, its password; from there it can be restored, sent or deleted

Restoring asks first, on a sheet that says what will be replaced, with Save the current data first on by default: if you change your mind, that copy can be restored. An encrypted copy's password is entered there too

Choose a file… restores a copy sent from another phone or kept in Files — now on iPhone and iPad too

The backups folder (Android) is a screen: the path at the top, the folders on a card with how many copies each holds, New folder on a sheet and Use this folder in gold

Exporting to CSV and QIF is a sheet: the format as segments, the period and the accounts as rows, the number format as ready-made choices («1 234,56 — Russia, France, Poland», «1,234.56 — US, UK»…) and its decimal places; your own separators under Other…

An exchange rate is a form: «1 USD =» and the rate large, typed in place, the rate the other way under it with Swap; the currencies and the date as rows, the date from the date sheet, Download the rate as a row

A card's statement has a new look, as a debt's screen: at the top the month's statement and its days, what is left to pay large, a gold bar of what has been paid and the due date as a chip — Due today, In 5 days, Overdue, Paid off. Purchases, refunds and payments are on cards, a long list of purchases folded to «N more»; on a statement that has closed, Paid since the statement lists the payments already counted towards it. At the foot a capsule: ‹ the month › and + Payment

+ Payment on a statement opens a transfer to the card: the amount is what is left to pay (on a statement still running, what is owed so far), from the account it was last paid from

Move this statement is a sheet over the statement: the regular date or another day of the month, picked on the date sheet. Under the card, what it changes — «Purchases made Nov 3 – Nov 5 will go on the December 2026 statement» — or that a month will have no statement

Monthly view has a new look, as the planner: days on cards with each day's sum, newest first, rows with their logos, the planned ones paler. At the foot a capsule: ‹ the month › and the account's balance at the month's end, the planned transactions up to it counted

In Monthly view and on a statement, built-in categories were named in English — Opening balance — whatever the app's language

In Russian, an account's menu said «Транзакция» and «Удалить счет»; it says «Операция» and «Удалить счёт» now

Backups, export, exchange rates and card statements are in all 20 of the app's languages

About and What's new are one screen: the icon, the version, this version's highlights and All changes, then the website, the privacy policy, the authors and the rights. All changes go version by version, each by kind — new, improved, fixed — with earlier versions folded into rows

After an update, a sheet shows the new version's highlights once — on Android and on iPhone, after the PIN

The PIN screen has a new look, as Settings' PIN sheet: round keys, gold dots and no OK — the PIN is checked as its last digit is typed. A wrong PIN, and the countdown after five, are in red under the title

On iPhone the PIN could be turned on, but the app never asked for it. The lock now shows at launch and on the way back to the app, Face ID or Touch ID unlocks it, and the app switcher shows a lock in place of Kazna's data

About, What's new and the PIN screen are in all 20 of the app's languages

Confirmations are one sheet from the bottom in place of Yes/No dialogs: the question with what it is about named, and what will happen point by point — what stays, what goes. What can't be undone has a red button; closing an account and Forget have a gold one

Cannot be deleted says where it is used: a bank and a currency with their accounts, each opened by a tap; a payee with debts with a choice of whom to move them to

Convert and Merge in the lists are one sheet: what happens to the transactions and the replacement as a row, not two dialogs in a row

Fix data is now Data check, a sheet: first what it will check, then what it put right, with figures — which balances it recalculated and what they said, how many deposits without an account it cleared. The sheet says when the last check was

When the balances drift from the transactions, Transactions shows an amber bar with Check

Logos & brands looks like Settings: headings over the cards, gold switches. In the catalog's categories and Banks, Your countries · All countries is a capsule at the bottom, and each country's brands are on a card

The brand sheet and the account form's Bank sheet have ✕ and their name at the top, rows on cards and a gold button

Rates download in the capsule at the bottom of Exchange rates, and say how it went in a bar; when some didn't come, a sheet lists them. A rate that didn't download says so in its own sheet, with Retry

Save as template and Rename bank are sheets with a field, not dialogs

A deleted payee stayed in its transactions, which pointed at a record no longer there. Its transactions now stay without a payee, and a payee with debts can't be deleted while the debts are on it

The new sheets are in all 20 of the app's languages

The first launch has a new look: Kazna's icon, its name and a line about it; "See it with examples" and "Restore a backup" on a card, and a gold "Get started" at the foot, under your thumb

A new "Basics" step before the first account: the home currency, the number format and the language are picked by your region and shown at once, and a tap on a row changes them. The number format — "1 234,56" in Russia, "1,234.56" in the US — goes to the home currency and to the currencies added later; the first currency used to get "1,234.56" always

The first account comes with Cash, Card and Bank account tiles: a tile sets the type and the name; for a card or a bank account the bank sheet opens at once, and the account is named after the bank. "Other types" opens the usual type sheet

A new ledger's Home has a "Where to start" card: add a transaction, turn on the PIN, turn on the daily backup, mark your countries. A step ticks itself wherever it was done, a bar shows how many are, and ✕ hides the card

"Restore a backup" on the first screen opens the backups over it, and Back returns to it

On Android the notification permission is asked not at the first start but when the first reminder comes along — a card payment, a card top-up, a spending target or a deposit's end — and Kazna says why first

The first launch is in all 20 of the app's languages

On Android 14 and later, turning on the auto-backup closed Kazna when it had no permission for exact alarms — the backup is now set for its time without it, perhaps a little late

Kazna on the iPad and on Android tablets: in landscape a sidebar at the left — the sections and everything from More in its groups, Budgets, Debts and the lists opening from it at once, with no Back; in portrait the tabs, by name, in a capsule at the top, and a button beside them slides out the same sidebar

On a wide screen the lists, Transactions, Accounts, More and the settings are a column in the middle rather than the whole width; Home is in two columns, net worth across both; in landscape the reports use the whole width

On the iPad and tablets the forms for a transaction, a transfer, an account, a budget, a debt and the editors open as a card in the middle over the dimmed screen, and the pickers and confirmations are cards too

Keyboard shortcuts: ⌘N — new transaction, ⇧⌘N — transfer, ⌘F — search, ⌥⌘F — filter, ⌘1–5 — sections, ⌘, — settings, ⌘↩ — save, Esc — close. Holding ⌘ the iPad lists them, and they are in iPadOS's menu bar; on Android with a keyboard the same with Ctrl

The iPhone's Lock Screen: over the clock the nearest payment ("Rent, in 6 days"), under it the nearest payment with its amount, Net worth, a budget's ring or bar and a round +. The amounts are hidden while the iPhone is locked and show once Face ID knows the face

Control Center (iOS 18+): New transaction and New transfer open the form at once; they can go on the Action button and on the Lock Screen in place of the flashlight or the camera too

Android's quick settings tiles: New transaction and New transfer — the shade folds away and the form opens; on a locked phone, once it is unlocked

A new icon on iPhone and iPad (iOS 26+): the same ring and K, made of glass, with the K lying over the ring and casting a gold shadow. It follows the Home Screen's look: darker in Dark, and in Clear and Tinted the mark is white or the chosen colour rather than a faded picture

The Transactions search is in the capsule over the tabs: 🔍 turns it into the field, the keyboard comes up at once and the tabs go under it. Over the list, how many were found and what they add up to, with the match marked in each row. With the keyboard put away, the query stays in the capsule as a gold tag beside the total found; a tap on it types again, its ✕ closes the search. The same on an account's screen

Editing the selected transactions is a sheet, as the filter is: payee, category, project and place read Don't change until a value is picked, and ✕ puts them back; no more switches. The status can be changed too. The button at the foot says how many it applies to

Add currency anew: the search a capsule, the popular currencies tiles with a flag and a gold +, the rest on cards — currencies, crypto and metals — and Create custom currency at the end

An account's icon is picked from a sheet: a grid without captions, the groups in the app's language, the one chosen in a gold ring. The captions were internal names such as Attach Money, and the groups were in English

In Pay in parts the first payment is chosen with capsules, as the filter's period is

The Blotter is called Transactions now, everywhere: its tab, its page in Preferences, an account's menu, where adding one is New transaction

Every screen has the same bar at its top, as the reports do: a round Back on the left, the screen's name in the middle, and its buttons together in one capsule on the right. The bar is the screen's own colour, up under the clock

Kazna's text is set in the system typeface: SF on iPhone and iPad, Roboto on Android, as in the phone's other apps. Bold is a real bold now, not one thickened in software

A figure some of which was converted at an exchange rate says so with ≈: net worth and Cash flow on Home, the total at the foot of Accounts and Blotter, Totals, the reports' figures and the widgets. A figure without ≈ is in one currency, and exact

Blotter's Totals say how many transactions they add up, and that each was converted at its own date's rate rather than today's

In the light theme a menu was the colour of the cards it opened over and ran into them. Menus are white now, with an edge and a deeper shadow; in the dark theme a step lighter than the cards

An account with no transactions showed "0.00" with no currency at the foot of its screen

Top expenses taken off Home came back the next time Home loaded, as long as Cash flow was on it

A Home card changed in the first moments after Home opened — made a tile, set to another month — could go back to how it was at the next change

On an account's screen the filter button was marked as on with no filter set

A deposit's rate typed with a decimal could be saved a hundredth short — 4.6% as 4.59%

A deposit's Total in Accounts and on Home was worked out for a term a day short when it was opened at any time but midnight

Changes to a currency closed without saving came back the next time it was opened

Logos & brands has the transit cards of Nizhny Novgorod (Siticard), Yekaterinburg (Ekarta) and Kazan — each can be a prepaid card's operator

A prepaid card — a transit card, a gift card, a toll transponder — is drawn as a card now, as a bank card is: in Accounts, in the transaction form and on the account's own screen it has its own card look, its number's last digits and its operator's logo. The operator is picked in the account form from Logos & brands, which offers your country's transit, toll roads and parking before you search — Troika, Podorozhnik, Avtodor, ZSD — and stands above the card's name, where a bank card has its bank. A new transaction from such a card is paid to its operator — a ride on the ZSD to the ZSD — unless you pick another payee. The card's menu in Accounts has Top up: a transfer into it from the account you topped it up from last time. The Prepaid type has a new icon and description

A prepaid card can be given a minimum. Once its balance is below it, the card says "Time to top up" in Accounts, and a reminder comes the next morning — once, until it is topped up again. The reminders can be switched off in Preferences

A new app icon: the same gold K in a gold ring, drawn bolder — one ring in place of two and a K half again as thick, so it reads on the home screen and as a themed icon. On iPhone and iPad too

On Android, the New transaction and New transfer shortcuts — a long press on Kazna's icon — have new icons: a + and two arrows on gold, as the widget's +. They were Financisto's old coins, blurred on today's screens

Accounts → an account's menu → Balance opened an ordinary new transaction, and the balance typed in was saved as a transaction of its own. It is Update balance now: the form starts from the balance Kazna has, selected, you type the one your bank or the card's operator shows, and the difference is saved — nothing if they agree. It is on an account's own screen too (✓), and a check on an account starts with the category and payee of the last one

In the account picker a card's last digits ran into its Visa or Mir mark, and at a large system font they did on every small card. They sit beside the mark now, smaller where they must

A payee from Logos & brands with a city transit code — Troika, the metro — was offered the Kick-sharing category. It's Public transport now

A long payee name in the transaction form showed only its end — "…hnik (Saint Petersburg)". It shows from its start now, unless you are editing it

The symbol picker of categories, payees, projects and locations has more emoji, nearly 800 in all, and its search knows the app's language as well as English: in German "Kaffee" finds ☕, as "coffee" does. An emoji that isn't in the list can be typed or pasted into the search field and picked as it is, and the ones you picked last come first, under Recent. Categories had a picker of their own with no search; they share this one now

Upcoming, Budget alerts and Cash flow forecast on Home can be narrowed to projects, as Cash flow and Top expenses could: a card's settings → Projects. Upcoming then lists those projects' scheduled transactions, Budget alerts the budgets kept for them, and the forecast what the projects will take over the next 30 days, from their schedules and their everyday spending

A new home-screen widget, Project spending: what a project — or every project — has taken this month, as Home's Cash flow card counts it, with the + for a new transaction. The project is chosen when the widget is placed, and can be changed later: on Android from the widget's settings, on iPhone and iPad with Edit Widget

The transfer form puts the accounts first again: From and To, then the amounts. A new transfer no longer opens the keyboard on its own: To is picked first, and the amount received only shows once the two accounts' currencies differ

On Android, the home-screen widgets follow the app at once: a transaction entered shows in them right away rather than within half an hour

Grey text reads better: the titles and months of Home's cards, the labels of a form's rows, captions under settings, and No category and the other hints are darker. Each is now 4.5:1 or more against whatever it is on, on both themes; some were 2.5:1

An empty payee row in the transaction form says No payee, and No location and No project are in the same grey as No category rather than in black, as if chosen

TalkBack and VoiceOver read a category's, a payee's or a project's name without the emoji before it: "Groceries" rather than "shopping cart, Groceries"

In Accounts a deposit's chips — its rate, the days left, Accrued and At end — ran past the screen's edge, in Russian above all, and the last of them couldn't be seen. They wrap to a second line now, as do the labels of a deposit group and of Maturing soon

Balances hidden by laying the phone face down (Preferences → Protection → Hide balances when face down) stayed hidden once you had unlocked Kazna with the PIN or a fingerprint, and it took laying it face down again to see them. Unlocking shows them now

On Android, with a PIN set, a dialog or sheet left open when Kazna locked — Totals with your balances, say — showed over the PIN screen when you came back, and could be used; and TalkBack could read the balances behind the PIN screen. The PIN screen now covers everything until it is unlocked

At the largest system font size, the tab bar's labels were cut short — "Acc…", "Bud…". They are whole words now

On Android 10, the symbol picker offered nearly thirty newer emoji the phone can't draw — 🪴, 🪣, 🪜 and others — as empty boxes. It offers only what the phone shows now

On Android 10 and 11, the + of the home-screen widget was a square. It's round, as on newer Android

Preferences → User interface → First day of the week: System, Monday or Sunday, for the Calendar's weeks. It follows the system as before, which on some phones isn't the region they show: a Xiaomi in English (United States) begins its weeks on Sunday whatever region it is set to

Net worth shows your money by currency, under the chart and for the month picked on it: each currency in itself, what it comes to in your home currency and its share, and what its exchange rate did to it in the month. What money changed between currencies made or lost against the day's rate is shown apart, as Currency exchange

The + on Home and the home-screen widget's + open the full transaction form, where the payee you pick brings its logo and its category. The quick-add sheet is gone, and with it Preferences → New transaction screen → Quick add from Home; its templates are in the form's Template row. On Android, the Quick add shortcut on the app icon went too: New transaction does the same

The transaction and transfer forms begin with the amount, right under the date and above the account, the payee and the category. On a new transaction or transfer the cursor is already in it, with the keyboard up; Preferences → New transaction screen → Set focus on amount field turns that off. The switch was there before but did nothing

Statuses are easier to see. Cleared is a stronger green on the light theme, and on the dark theme each status has a colour made for it, where Pending and Reconciled all but vanished

A home-screen widget's + while Kazna was open on another tab or screen waited until you went back to Home, and on Android, with Kazna open in the background, it left you on Home with what it opened hidden behind. The form opens at once now, over whatever is open

On Android, with a language set in Preferences → Language rather than the phone's own, Kazna didn't follow the dark theme coming on or going off until it was restarted, and a turn of the phone reached it only in part. It follows both at once now

Back from a transaction, or from another tab, the transactions list was at its top again, and the other tabs too. Each is where you left it now. On iPhone and iPad the transactions list also lost its search and filter on the way; it keeps them now

On iPad, the amount's number pad opened in the screen's top corner, over the status, the date and the first rows of the form. The keyboard opens below now, at its numbers

A transfer turned around — its accounts swapped, or sent from the account it used to go to — showed a wrong balance on that account in the transactions list once saved, $0.00 for one, until More → Integrity Fix rebuilt the balances. It shows the right one now, and what such transfers lost before is put back the first time Kazna starts after the update

A transfer between two currencies, or an amount entered in another currency, put the second currency's sign at the start of the line when that currency writes it before the number: dollars sent to euros read "-€$100.00 » 80.00". Each sign stands by its own number now, wherever two amounts share a line

The payee field of a transaction or a transfer suggests brands from Logos & brands, with their logos, under your own payees while few of yours match: type "glo" and Globus comes up. Pick one, and it becomes a payee with its logo when you save; leave the form, and nothing is added. A name typed in full as a brand's — "Пятёрочка", "5ka" — is saved as that brand too, and a payee you add with + takes the logo of the brand it is named as. Preferences → New transaction screen → Suggest brands turns the suggestions off, as does the same switch at the bottom of Logos & brands

Logos & brands has the shops of the US, the UK, Germany, France and Spain now, nearly 80 brands with their logos: supermarkets, pharmacies and drugstores, cafés, transport, fuel and mobile operators — Walmart and Target, Tesco and Boots, Rewe and dm, E.Leclerc and SNCF, Mercadona and Renfe among them. When one of these countries is yours, its own chains come first and the ones it shares with others after them. And Carrefour shows its own logo, in Georgia, Armenia and the UAE too

A payee with no transactions yet gets its category from its brand: the first purchase at Globus goes under Groceries, as the brand's merchant code says

A saved payee's name typed in full, without picking it from the list, no longer turns red on Save: it is that payee

With TalkBack or VoiceOver, every button that is only an icon now says what it does — Back, Save, Clear search, Update rates, Calculator and the rest. Many were read as just "Button"

A category Kazna had suggested for the payee stayed when you then picked another payee, as if you had chosen it yourself. The next payee's suggestion replaces it now

On Android, turning the phone, resizing Kazna's window or the dark theme coming on took Kazna back to its tabs: the screen you had open was gone, with whatever you had typed in it — a new account half filled in, say. It stays as it was now

On iPhone and iPad, picking a category in the full transaction or transfer form emptied it: the payee, the amount and everything else you had entered were gone. So did picking a split's category or a category's parent. Everything stays now

On iPhone, the amount's number pad couldn't be put away, and it covered Save. The form's buttons now sit above the keyboard, and a tap off a field puts it away; the same in a split and in the deposit wizard

In German, Spanish, French and Russian, dates in the Blotter, on Home and in a transaction's details were in English order — "Do., Okt. 15" — and times on the 12-hour clock, "12:50 AM". They follow the language now: "Do., 15. Okt.", «Чт, 15 окт.», on the 24-hour clock

Choosing an account in the transaction and transfer forms, or Paid from for a purchase paid in parts, showed balances with the symbol first and no thousands separators, "₽300000.00", and a debt as "₽-12.34"; so did a split's amounts. They're written as in the account list now

Preferences → User interface → Startup screen offered "Dashboard", gone since 1.12.12, rather than Home, and the button of an empty account list said "Accounts" rather than "Account"

Logos & brands, in More, is the one home of the catalog's logos: some 150 banks and 650 brands, on a list that comes with the app, so it works offline too. Your countries come first — your home currency's, those your accounts are in, which you can switch off, and any you add — and their banks and brands lead everywhere. Banks lists every bank, country by country, with how many accounts you have at each, and so does All banks at the top of My Banks; the brands are by category — Groceries, Food delivery, Cafés & fast food and the rest — each a grid of logos. Its search finds any bank or brand in any country. Tap one to see what you have of it — the payees that show its logo, with their transactions, or your accounts at a bank — to add a brand to your payees in one tap, or to give its logo to a payee of yours of that name. The list is checked once a day, Check asks at once, and the page says when the list was last updated

A payee's logo is yours to choose: its window in My Payees has a Logo row, the brand it shows or No logo, and Choose a logo searches the brands, or takes the logo away. A new payee named as a brand takes its logo, unless another payee of yours has it already

The payees you typed yourself get their logos: once, at the first start of this version, and again after a restore, a payee whose name is a brand's, in any of its spellings — «Пятерочка», "5ka", «Яндекс Такси» — gets that brand's logo, and a card in My Payees says how many did. A name that is an everyday word as well as a brand — Metro, Start, Premier, Wink, «Мечта», «Корона», «Соседи» and a few more — gets none by itself, nor does a brand's old name outside the brand's countries, as OBI and Leroy Merlin are other stores abroad: if it is that brand, choose it in Choose a logo

My Payees' search finds a payee by its brand's other names too — "5ka" finds your «Пятерочка» — and a search that finds no payee offers the catalog's brands by that name, each added in one tap, and Create payee with what you typed. And A–Z sorts «Ё» with «Е»

The bank picker is new, and its search finds any bank the catalog has — some 150 banks in 25 countries — even offline, as the list comes with the app. Before you type, Your banks come first: those your accounts are at, with how many, and your own. Then come the banks of your countries — your home currency's, those of your accounts and any you add, the account currency's country first — each with its best-known banks and Show all for the rest; then International, such as Revolut and Wise; and Banks in other countries opens the rest, country by country. A bank from any country is a tap away, with its logo: nothing needs installing first. When a search finds nothing, the picker says so and offers to add the bank as your own. And a bank of your own, added there or in My Banks, is checked against the catalog first: type "TBC" and you're told TBC Bank is already in the list; the picker then offers Use TBC Bank or Add mine anyway

When none of your countries has banks in the catalog — with the euro at home on a phone set outside the euro area, say — the bank picker asks "Where do you bank?" Choose a country, and its banks come first from then on, with Undo straight after. The countries of currencies you hold are suggested at the top, then every country with banks or brands in the catalog, and one that is yours already is ticked

On a new account, four banks wait under the Bank field, a tap away — yours first, then the best known in the account currency's country — and All banks opens the picker. The Bank field, in the account editor and the deposit wizard alike, now shows the bank's logo, and for a bank that has closed, "Closed — this bank no longer operates"

My Payees is one list now. Payees the catalog added that you use sort in among your own — A–Z, Most used or By amount — with their logos, and can be edited, merged, converted to a project or deleted like any other; they used to sit apart at the bottom, where none of that was possible. Those it added that you haven't used wait under a new Unused filter, in place of All, and Logos at the top opens Logos & brands

My Payees asks once whether to remove the payees the catalog added that you have never used, all at once and with Undo. They stay in the catalog, so any of them can be added back

Payee packs are no longer needed: the brands are in Logos & brands. Nor are bank packs: every bank and brand comes with the app's list, with nothing to install, update or remove, and the Payee Catalog and the Bank Catalog are gone. The payees and banks packs added stay as they were. Your banks' names, colours and Closed marks keep up with the catalog by themselves, and so do your banks' and payees' logos, each fetched on its own as it is needed; your payees keep the names you gave them

The lari, the dram, the Uzbek som, the Turkish lira and the UAE dirham now work the way the Russian and Belarusian roubles, the tenge and the hryvnia do: with one of them as your home currency, that country's banks come first in the bank picker, with their logos. A country's banks are on the phone as soon as you tap Get started or the home currency changes, offline too, not at the next start of the app, and their logos follow, into a bank picker already open. And on a phone set to Georgia, Armenia or Uzbekistan, Get started now makes the lari, the dram or the som the home currency, not the dollar

Global Banks — Revolut, Wise, HSBC, Chase, Barclays, Santander and more — are now among everyone's banks, whatever the home currency, unless you had removed them. So the bank picker always has banks to offer, with their logos, even with the dollar, the euro or the pound at home. The old list of banks without logos, most of them Russian, is no longer offered in it; an account that has one of them keeps it

In the bank picker's search, a bank the catalog lists for several countries is one row — the entry your account has, or else the one for the account currency's country or one of yours — and the ⌄ at the end of its row ("1 more country") lists the others: TBC Bank, Georgia, opens to TBC Bank Uzbekistan, and either can be picked. A bank is found by any of its names, in any language, and by an old or everyday one: "Tinkoff" finds T-Bank, which says "also “Tinkoff”". Closed banks keep out of the way: a search lists them last, under Closed banks, and otherwise they wait under Closed at the end of their country's full list. A bank that has closed is marked Closed in the picker, in Logos & brands and in My Banks, and countries go by their names in the app's language — "Georgia", "UAE" — not by codes like GE. In the picker, Logos & brands and My Payees, search looks past spaces, hyphens and other punctuation, accents and emoji, takes е for ё, and knows Turkish letters: "sber " finds Sberbank, "tbank" T-Bank, "пятерочка" Пятёрочка, "yapi kredi" Yapı Kredi and "cafe" Café

Bank and payee logos in lists, pickers and Logos & brands sit on the same plate now: a rounded square that stays light in the dark theme too, where many dark logos were lost against the background. The bank's logo on a card's picture — in the accounts list, on Home and in the transaction form — sits on one too, where Revolut's black R all but vanished on a navy card. A logo that is a tile of its own, like T-Bank's yellow square, fills its plate, a closed bank's logo is dimmed, and until a bank's logo arrives, its initial stands in, on a colour of the bank's own. Logos are checked against the catalog as they arrive, so a broken or wrong download is never kept or shown, and a logo the catalog corrects replaces the old one on your banks and payees by itself. The logos of your countries' banks are fetched ahead, so the bank picker shows them offline too

The bank screens are worded more plainly. The account editor's field says Bank, not Issuer, and the bank picker offers No bank, not None; My Banks lists its banks under From the catalog and Your own; section headers are no longer in capitals; and when the list of banks and brands can't be updated, Logos & brands says so in words, with Try again, never in the raw text of the error. With TalkBack or VoiceOver, the buttons there say what they do, headers are read as headings, a bank picker row says whether it is selected, and flags and logo initials are no longer read out

Kazna goes online for the catalog far less: the list of banks and brands is checked once a day at most, and fetched again only when it has changed, and logos are fetched one at a time, only those of the banks and payees you have and of what you look at. A logo the catalog's server failed to send is asked for again a quarter of an hour later at the soonest, while one that couldn't download offline comes as soon as the connection is back, with the logo of a bank picked meanwhile. Each request has a time limit too, so a network that doesn't answer can't hold things up for long

Merging a payee with a logo into one of your own now passes its logo on to yours, if yours had none

Back from a payee's transactions to My Payees finds the list as you left it, with your search still there, and so does Back to Logos & brands from a brand's transactions. My Payees used to start afresh, so a search was gone as soon as you opened what it found

A pack's update could rename a payee of yours that the pack had given its logo to, calling it by the catalog's name in whatever language the app was in. The catalog never renames a payee now: yours keep the names you gave them

Merging a payee into another, or converting it to a project, left its debts pointing at a payee that no longer existed. They now move to the payee it merges into or, on converting, to the payee you pick to replace it, and converting a payee with debts asks for that replacement first

Restoring a backup on another phone could turn an account's bank from the catalog into a bank of your own by the same name, without its logo. Backups now record which catalog bank each account is at, so every account comes back at its bank, logo and all, even if that phone didn't have the bank yet — for backups made with this version or later

In Russian, Spanish and French, the first item of the language list — Preferences → User interface → Language — was "System" in English

On iPhone, tapping outside the New bank window in the bank picker picked whichever bank was under your finger and closed the picker. It only closes the window now

In the account, transaction and transfer forms, a field's name too long for its column broke in the middle of a word — "Комментарий" in Russian, and many more at a large font size. The column now widens to fit the longest word

A currency added with Add currency while editing an account or opening a deposit showed in the Currency field, yet the account was saved in the currency it had before; on iPhone the choice was lost on the way back. It is saved as shown now

On Android, a picker left open on a screen when the phone was turned — a report's period picker, say — came up by itself the next time you opened that screen, however much later

A schedule that moves off a non-working day to the previous working day — or, at a month's end, to the next working day in the same month — went wrong on the day it moved to. On Android, once that payment was made, the schedule disappeared from Scheduled: if one of yours is missing, please set it up again. On iPhone, from version 1.12.16, the payment was added again each time Kazna opened before its own date came round, every copy dated the day it moved to: please delete the extra copies. And on Android, a payment moved to the next working day — Saturday's to Monday — was skipped, or added late and marked Restored, if Kazna was opened in between. Each payment is now made once, on the day it moves to, even if a non-working day is added or removed after it was made

On Android 10 to 14, going back from a screen opened from another one — the currency list opened from the account editor, say — closed Kazna

On Android 10 with Android's own keyboard, a payee picked from the suggestions was lost on saving: its name turned red, as if it weren't one of your payees

A credit card's statement and payment days — and now a loan's or mortgage's payment day — can move off a non-working day the way a schedule does: keep the date, the next working day, the previous one or the next one in the same month. Day 31 is the last day of every month, so the first or last working day is day 1 or 31 with the right choice, and a payment on the 13th that falls on a Saturday can be due on Monday the 15th. The editor shows the next date each day falls on. Non-working days are the weekends and the days you list in More → Non-working days

A card's next statement and next payment show in its info, and in the accounts list a card, loan or mortgage that owes money gets a chip with its next payment — "Payment in 3 days", amber from three days out. A transfer scheduled into the account counts as its payment, with its amount, when it comes first

Payment reminders: a notification before a card's, loan's or mortgage's payment, at 10:00, with what is owed or the amount scheduled. On by default, a day before: Preferences → Accounts List → Payment reminders

The credit card statement is back. The receipt button in a card's transactions, or Next statement in its info, opens it: each statement's period, statement date and payment due date; what was owed on the statement date, paid since and still to pay; and its purchases, refunds and payments. One month's statement can be moved to another day by hand

Pay in parts, for Yandex Split and the like: entering a purchase on a credit card or a loan, switch on Pay in parts and pick 4 payments every 2 weeks or monthly for 4, 6, 12 or 24 months, the account they come from and any overpayment. Each payment becomes a transfer scheduled under the purchase's name — "Ozon · 2/4" — and shows in Scheduled, on Home, as the card's next payment and in its reminders. A payment that is already due is made at once

A spending target for a debit or credit card, for banks that pay cashback only once enough was spent: set the amount in the card's editor — nothing changes until you do — and, if the bank's month doesn't start on the 1st, the day it does. Purchases count, less what refunds give back; transfers, cash withdrawals and salary don't. The accounts list shows what is left to spend and the days left — "Spend £421.89 more · 25 days left" — and "Target reached" once it is; the card's info gives the figures

Spending target reminders: when 3 days are left and a card hasn't reached its target, a notification says how much more to spend. Preferences → Accounts List → Spending target reminders, where the number of days can be changed

Banks are named in the app's language — "Сбербанк" on a Russian screen — and your own country's banks and packs come first. On a new install your country's bank pack is fetched on its own, so the bank picker has your banks, with their logos, from the first launch

Picking a bank gives the account's cards the bank's colour — the editor shows what will be saved, and a colour you chose stays

On Android 10, Kazna closed as soon as it started, from version 1.12.6 on. It opens again, and your data is as it was

A bank logo that could not be read closed every screen showing it. The bank's initial shows instead now, and a failed download no longer replaces a logo that was fine

On iPhone, More → Scheduled closed the app as it opened, and so did a transaction's Info — in the transactions list, in an account's, a payee's or a budget's transactions, in those a report opens, and in the Calendar, where a tap on one of the day's transactions was enough. Both open now

On iPhone, a database error was taken for the end of the work: a list read up to it looked complete, and a change that failed looked saved. Such an error now stops what was under way, as on Android. A change made in several steps is kept whole or not at all, and an update that cannot upgrade the database leaves it as it was, to try again at the next start

On iPhone, scheduled transactions never turned into transactions — schedules made there, or brought over from an Android backup, stayed in More → Scheduled for good. They are added as they fall due: when the app opens, on every return to it and on time while it stays open, each dated when it fell due

An account's Month Preview missed a transaction made in the last second of the month, showed money coming in from another account as going out to it, and ended every row with "Current location"

The Cash flow and Top expenses cards on Home can show last month instead of this one, and only the projects you choose — swipe a card left and tap the gear for Period and Projects. Each card says which month it counts and, under its name, which projects, and tapping it opens just those transactions. With no project chosen it counts everything, as before

Top expenses can show each category's subcategories under it, indented, each with its own amount — turn on Subcategories in the card's settings. Tapping one opens its transactions

The period filter — in the blotter, reports and export — offers This year and Last year now, alongside This month and Last month

Searching the transactions list finds payees as well as notes. The sample data has payees and a trip project now, so Payees & projects shows what it does

Reports are quicker on a ledger of several years. A month's transactions open several times faster, and on iPhone the exchange rates every report and total reads load in milliseconds where years of daily rates took seconds

Cash Flow is rebuilt. Pick the last 6 or 12 months, this year so far or all of it, by month or by week, and see the dates that covers. The chart has a scale through zero you can read, the month under way is marked "so far", and tapping a bar shows its figures. A line compares this month's spending with last month's by the same day, and a table lists each month's income, expense, net and share saved — tap one for its transactions. The arrow by the name of Home's Cash flow card opens the report with the card's projects. By Period, which showed overlapping periods and no figures, is gone

Balance Trends is now Net worth, rebuilt. It shows what your accounts held at the end of each month, each at that day's exchange rate, and ends on what they hold today: Home's figure, less any payment dated after today, which it shows apart and which waits for its own month. For each month it says how much came from money in and out, how much from exchange rates and how much from the rest — opening balances, transfers with accounts kept out of totals, an account closed with money in it. Before, one correction slid the whole line up or down, so exchange-rate moves and those transfers showed in every month but the one they happened in. Pick the last 6 or 12 months, this year so far or all of it, and the accounts to count; By Account / Period, which charted an account's spending rather than its balance, is gone. Money in a currency with no rate is left out and named. On Home, the Net worth card's line and "this month" come from the same months now, so they include exchange-rate moves and those transfers; the line is no longer drawn from zero when the total can't be worked out. Tap the figure or the arrow to open the report

By Category is now Categories, rebuilt. It shows spending or income by category for this or last month, this or last year, all time or dates you choose, and the arrows step to the period before or after. Each category's share and the dates covered are shown, with Spent, Received and Net on top. A refund lowers its category's spending instead of counting as income, and a category that got more back than it spent moves to Income, marked as such. Money with no category has a row of its own. Tap a category for its months: twelve bars with their total, monthly average and highest month, and a month's transactions or the whole period's, which add up to the figure; the arrow at the end of a row opens its subcategories and what was filed under it directly. Compare sets each category against the period before — while a month or year is under way, against its same days — or against the average of the three before, the biggest changes first. Map shows the side as tiles, a colour for each category. Transfers are always left out. The subcategory screen, the category pie chart, Category Comparison, Category Treemap and By Category / Period are gone: Categories does what they did

Top expenses on Home counts the way Categories does: refunds lower their category, and money with no category is a row of its own, often near the top. The figure under the card's name is what was spent, net of refunds, and a category's list no longer shows transfers filed under it. The arrow by the month, or View all expenses, opens Categories for the card's month and projects

By Payee, By Project and By Location are now one report, Payees & projects. It shows spending, income or the net of each payee or project — and of each place, once you have used one — for this or last month, this or last year, all time or dates you choose. A refund lowers its payee's spending, and money with no payee or project has a row of its own, last. Each row gives its share, how many transactions, their average and the date of the last, and a payee its logo; the 15 largest come first and the rest under Other, and a search finds the one you want. Payees open on last month's spending and projects on all time, net, and each keeps the period and side you pick. Tap a row for its twelve months and their transactions; a finished project opens on its own months. Transfers are left out, as everywhere else, and the Transfers into reports setting is gone. By Payee / Period, By Project / Period and By Location / Period are gone too

The Spending Calendar is now Calendar, rebuilt. It shows spending or income day by day, a month or a calendar year at a time; a year is twelve small months, and tapping one opens it. Each day shows its amount and one of two shades, one for the period's smaller days and one for its larger, easy to tell apart in either theme, and the legend under the days gives each shade's amounts. Weeks start on the day your phone's region starts them. Under the days are the period's expense — as Cash Flow and the Home card count it, so a refund counts as income — the daily average, the days with no spending (or with income) and the highest day, counted from your first transaction, with today counted so far; a year also shows what each weekday averages. The calendar opens on this month with today picked, or on this year if you last chose Year, and on spending or income, whichever you last picked. Tap a day, or step from day to day with the arrows, for its transactions in your home currency, which add up to the day: tap one for its details, or open just that day's spending or income. Before, a day's list also held the next day's transactions dated at midnight, money in and out whichever was shown, and transfers and opening amounts, under a total that matched nothing. The 6M and 1Y bands and their bars by month are gone; Cash Flow shows the months

On Android, a category added from the category picker — say, while entering a transaction — appeared in it only after the app was restarted. It shows up at once now, already selected, with the list scrolled to it, and choosing a parent for it along the way no longer loses the choice for the transaction. Each picker also keeps its own settings now: one could take on another's, so the parent picker in the category editor could offer the very category being edited

When a filter or search found nothing, the blotter said "Tap + to add your first transaction", as if there were none at all. It says nothing matched now, and a filter gets a Clear filter button

In French, a stray backslash showed before apostrophes — on the Currencies screen, in deposit reminders and in the name of the AI Services category, which the update corrects among your categories too. One English message, about finding devices to sync with, had one as well

On Android, reports opened again showed the figures of their first opening. Cash Flow, Net worth and the Calendar read the ledger on every visit now, and Cash Flow and the Calendar keep what you picked when you come back from their transactions

A report's percentages are each row's share of its own side — a payee's of the spending, a salary's of the income — where they were shares of income and spending together. They are rounded rather than cut down

Home's Cash flow card and the Cash Flow report count the same way now and agree on the month. Cash Flow, Net worth, the Calendar and the forecast's everyday spending counted a split purchase twice — whole, then again by its parts — and counted accounts kept out of totals; they count a split once, by its parts, and leave those accounts out, as Home does. Budgets by project counted a split twice too when one of its parts had a project of its own; a part now belongs to the purchase's project unless given another, and a split bought for a project or at a place is found there by its parts. The Home cards, the transactions they open and these reports leave a payment dated after today out until its day. An amount in a currency with no rate to your home currency was added as if it were in it — a hundred francs as a hundred roubles. It is left out now, and the screen says how much, in which currency

An account's opening amount counted as income — a deposit opened with a million read as a million earned that month. Opening amounts have a category of their own now, Opening balance, which the reports, the Home cards, budgets and the forecast leave out of income and spending; Net worth still counts them, since they did raise your balance. The update files the opening amounts already in your ledger there, and a transaction you know was an opening can be given the category by hand

A total converted from other currencies could be a cent off the rows it was made of — a category against its subcategories, Categories against Cash Flow — because it was cut to the cent once, after adding. Each converted amount is rounded to the cent on its own now, so the rows add up to the cent, and a total over a long run of such amounts may move by a few cents

On iPhone, searching the transactions list — or filtering it by note — matched Cyrillic and other non-Latin letters only in the case they were typed in, so "пар" missed "Парковка". Case makes no difference in any alphabet now, as on Android

On a phone set to a language Kazna isn't translated into, dates came in that language in the middle of English text — in Hebrew or Arabic out of order too, with the year of one date showing up beside the other. Dates follow the app's language now: English, in your region's order. In a right-to-left language, Home's net worth line and forecast run right to left as well, the latest at the left

In Russian, the month at the top of Home's Cash flow and Top expenses cards, of the transactions they open and of the transactions list as it scrolls was in the form it takes inside a date, "октября 2026", rather than its own, "Октябрь 2026"

A new Digital Services category, with AI Services, Hosting & Cloud, VPN, and Software & Apps under it, for the subscriptions and services that had no place of their own. It joins your categories with the update. Games and streaming stay under Entertainment, where Subscriptions is now called Streaming, so an AI subscription has an obvious place. A category of your own with the same name or emoji is left as it is

The Currencies screen (More → Currencies) shows what each currency is worth in your home currency now, and how that rate moved today — or, when the latest rate is older, how old it is. A currency your accounts use that has no rate at all says so in red, since totals cannot convert it. Under each name are its code, how many accounts are in it and what they hold, or "not used" for a currency no account is in — the only kind that can be deleted. Your home currency heads the list on a card of its own, and the old "1,000.00" formatting sample is gone

A rate downloaded in the rate editor for two currencies, neither of them your home currency, came from a different source than a refresh — euros to dollars for a rouble user from Frankfurter rather than the Bank of Russia. So did the rates filled in on the day a currency was added

On Android, Exchange rates went on using the currencies it first loaded until the app was restarted — after the home currency changed, a refresh still asked the old home currency's source, and a currency added in the meantime was left out

A rate edit closed without saving came back the next time the same rate was opened, where OK would have saved it by mistake

Filtered by an account — or by a bank, label or currency — the blotter listed a transfer only on the account it left, while the total counted it on the account it reached too, so the rows didn't add up to the total. Such a filter now shows those accounts' statement: transfers into them appear as money in, with each account's balance after them, and the rows add up to the total. An account kept out of totals now counts when you pick it in the filter, instead of totalling zero

Tapping the blotter's total showed every account's balance, whatever the filter. It shows the blotter's own totals now, by currency and in your home currency, for the filter you have — and on Android the totals windows no longer show what they loaded the first time they opened

Choose where exchange rates come from, under Preferences → Exchange rates: a main source and a fallback — Automatic, the Bank of Russia, Frankfurter or FreeCurrencyRates, and for the fallback also None, when a rate the main source lacks should stay missing rather than come from elsewhere

Exchange rates come from official sources now. With the rouble as your home currency, from the Bank of Russia; otherwise from Frankfurter, which gathers the reference rates of over a hundred central banks — and when one cannot be reached, the other answers. With the currency of Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Poland, the Czech Republic or Turkey as your home currency, Frankfurter gives the official rates of that country's own central bank. The Exchange rates screen says which one the latest rates came from

Gold, silver, platinum and palladium are in the currency list now, by the troy ounce — XAU, XAG, XPT and XPD — and by the gram, the way Russian banks keep metal accounts: A98, A99, A76 and A33. Their rates come from the Bank of Russia's daily precious-metal prices as well as from Frankfurter, and with the rouble as your home currency from the Bank first, so they arrive even when Frankfurter cannot be reached. A metal deposit is left out of its bank's deposit-insurance total, since deposit insurance does not cover metal accounts

Add currency names every currency in your language now, the way your phone does, and search finds one by its name in your language or in English, by its code, its symbol or its country — "Norway" finds the krone. The currencies people add most come first, crypto and the metals have sections of their own, and the screen stays open after each one, so several can be added in one go

Filter transactions by bank or by account label: the filter has Bank and Label rows under Account, listing the banks your accounts belong to, with their logos, and the labels they carry, each with how many accounts it holds. Choosing one shows the transactions of every account at that bank or with that label — one you open or label later too, since the filter keeps the bank or the label, not a list of accounts

Transactions older than the app's rate history are converted at the rates of their own time now. Once a day Kazna fills in past rates from the same sources, a week at a time, so past totals and reports in other currencies show what the money was worth then — not the oldest rate it happened to have stored

The download button in the rate editor fetched today's rate whatever the rate's date, so a rate for last March was saved with today's value

The Banks screen (More → Banks) marks a bank that has held nothing of yours for a while: "empty 1,324 days" under its name, counted from the day the last of your money left it. Worth knowing, since a bank you have left is the one most likely to offer a better rate to win you back. The "Empty" chip lists only those banks, longest first, and opening one lets you close its empty accounts in one step, with Undo. From 30 days by default; 90, 180, a year or never under Preferences → Accounts List → Mark empty banks

A bank from the built-in list whose accounts are all closed now counts as closed too: it leaves the Banks list unless Include closed is on, rather than staying there as "0 accounts" for good. Reopening any one of its accounts brings it back

Accounts is one screen again. The dashboard view is gone: its total is at the foot of the list, its month is on Home, and grouping by type moved into Sort & filter — which groups by bank and label too

Cash now shows the flag of the currency it holds wherever it appears, not only in the accounts list. And the account types that shared an icon have their own: a loan was drawn as a bank, "Other" as an e-wallet, and cash as a stack of cards

Choosing where a deposit pays its interest opens the same account picker a transaction uses — with search, balances and card art — instead of a bare list of names, which was no help among a hundred accounts. In the deposit wizard and the account editor both

The status buttons in a transaction's sheet each carry their name now, instead of five bare icons with only the current status named beneath them

The sample data includes deposits: two at the same bank as its current account, one maturing within a fortnight and one months away, one paying its interest into the current account and one capitalising — so Explore with sample data shows what deposits do before you open one of your own

A deposit set to pay its interest out, with nowhere to pay it, said nothing about it — and quietly produced no interest reminders at all. The row now says so, and opening the account offers the bank's main account to settle it

On Budgets, the spent-and-left figure beside the title took as much room as it wanted, so in a language with longer words — or against larger numbers — the word "Budgets" was squeezed down to one letter per line

A deposit's accrued interest did not fit its chip in the accounts list. The chip read "Accrued interest: $107.83", and the amount was the part cut off at the edge of the screen — in Russian it never appeared at all. It reads "Accrued: $107.83" now, and fits

Editing a transaction could leave the running balances beside it wrong when another transaction on the same account had exactly the same time — as transactions imported from a QIF file do whenever two fall on the same day. The edited row took its balance from the one after it, and that one kept its old figure until something forced a recount, when the numbers changed by themselves

In German, the Banks screen showed each bank's account count as "12 %1$d Konten"

A bank can have a main account, and deposits there find it on their own: the interest destination is filled in for you, and a bank's deposits sit in the list directly beneath the account they belong to rather than adrift from it. Set it under a bank account's Advanced section when two accounts could equally be meant

Three ways to show a bank's main account together with its deposits — indented beneath it, folded onto one row that opens, or boxed together with the bank's total — under Linked deposits in Sort & filter. A main account is marked in the list now too, so the flag can be seen without opening the account

A card account can hold more than one card. Each has its own number, issuer and artwork, and the accounts list names the first one — •••• 4029 — with a count of the rest beside it

Renaming a bank left the old name on every account that used it. It stayed there until the account was saved for some unrelated reason, and changed then instead

Installing an older version over a newer one left the app unable to start at all — it refused to open a database the later build had already touched, and clearing your data was the only way past it

A bank's deposit total stayed readable with privacy mode on, while every other figure on the screen — including the group subtotals beside it — was hidden

Templates got a screen of their own, built around what tells two templates apart — the name, the amount and where it goes — instead of the date and running balance a blotter row leads with, neither of which a template has

Start a transaction or a transfer from a saved template: a Template row at the top of both forms, and a row of one-tap chips in quick add

"Save as template" now asks what to call it, suggesting the payee or the category. Before, it left the name empty and the list fell back to whichever it could find — a name you never chose and could not change from the list

The accounts list can be filtered by several labels at once: pick any number under Sort & filter and it shows the accounts carrying any of them, each label a chip you can take off on its own

A template carries the payee's logo now, the same badge it has on its blotter row, rather than falling back to the category's emoji

Duplicate on the templates screen made a transaction dated today and posted it to your ledger, instead of making another template. The list it was invoked from did not change, so the only sign anything had happened was a new entry in the blotter

The + on the templates screen opened an ordinary new transaction. Saving it wrote a transaction, not a template, and the row vanished from the list it was added on

A transfer saved as a template was listed but could be used nowhere — both pickers left transfers out, and the templates screen could only add transactions

Starting a transaction from a template in quick add dropped the payee, so a template named after a shop recorded the spending without it

A template's project and location were dropped when it was used, and a split template arrived without its parts

Backups did not contain your account labels or your debts. Restoring brought the accounts back with the labels gone and the debts missing altogether. Backups taken from this version carry both — ones you already have cannot, so it is worth taking a fresh backup

Grouping the accounts list did nothing at all unless you also kept two deposits at the same bank. Group by type, bank or label works on any list now

Filtering the accounts list left the figure at the foot covering every account you have, next to a count that did follow the filter

The accounts list has been rebuilt.

Sort & filter, from the button at the top right: order the list your own way, by name, by balance or by last activity; narrow it to one label or to deposits only; choose whether a deposit shows the days it has left or the date it matures; and show or hide closed accounts

Group the list by type, bank or label. A heading is a light divider with the group's subtotal rather than a panel the list is broken into, closed accounts sink to the end of their own section instead of the end of the list, and a subtotal covering more than one currency is converted and marked as approximate

The foot of the list says how many open accounts the total covers, and names the label when a filter is on, so the figure is never a total of something you cannot see.

In Debts, only a transaction that took money out of the account could be linked. Money arriving by transfer — the usual way a debt is repaid to you — was left out of the list, even though the same transfer appeared in that account's own transactions

The account editor and the new-transaction and transfer screens are built from flat rows now — label on the left, value on the right, grouped into blocks with a single hairline between them — instead of boxed fields stacked down the screen. A whole transaction fits on one screen, so Details starts open rather than hiding half the form behind a tap

Every account type explains itself where you choose it, so picking between Bank account, Savings, Deposit and the rest no longer depends on knowing what Kazna means by each

A card's background and its issuer mark are chosen together now, in one appearance sheet that draws the card as you change it, instead of two settings that could disagree

The account editor opens with what you came to type: Type, then Currency, then Name. The name field used to sit ninth, below the icon and card-issuer dropdowns and the artwork grid — the one thing everyone fills in was the last thing they reached. Position in list and Include into totals moved into a collapsed Advanced section, out from between you and the save button

The icon picker names every icon rather than showing a wall of bare glyphs, and an account's labels fill in when they apply — before, a label that applied and one that merely existed differed only by a small checkmark

A transaction's account row shows the bank behind the account, and a card is drawn large enough to recognise: the bank mark, the last four digits and the issuer all readable instead of crowded into a thumbnail. Status became a small menu under the dot you tapped, rather than a full dialog for five fixed choices

The "Credit Card Payment" switch is gone from both forms, and so is its setting. It marked a payment made toward a card's bill, so that the credit-card statement could leave it out of what you had spent — but that statement is not currently available in Kazna, which left a switch on every transaction and every transfer with nothing reading it. Anything already marked keeps its mark

The add button is the same on every list — Accounts, Locations, Projects, Payees, Currencies, Attributes and Account Labels: filled, in the same corner, and — on five of the six — announced properly by a screen reader instead of going unnamed. The location picker gains the same + the project picker has, and its "none" row says "No location" rather than offering to record where you are

The amount field took only six digits before the decimal separator, so nothing from ten million up could be entered

An account's position in the list did not look like something you could type into, and read as a label rather than a field

Deposits now offer to record their interest: on the day it lands, Upcoming shows what was due, and one tap opens a transaction already filled in with the account, date, amount and category. Nothing is written until you save it, since banks round and withhold; the prompt stays until you dismiss it. Interest that capitalises is offered too, recorded onto the deposit itself, where it grows the balance

Deposit insurance can now count labels separately, for money kept at one bank on behalf of more than one person: differently labelled deposits are treated as different depositors, each with its own insured limit. Off by default, under Preferences → Accounts List → Deposit insurance

A deposit could be saved set to pay its interest out with no account to pay it to — which the app reads as capitalising, so it looked like one thing and behaved like another. Both the wizard and the account editor now ask where the interest goes

The deposit-insurance warning sat in the gap below its row, so with two deposits at one bank showing one under the other it read as a warning about the wrong one. It now sits inside the row it describes

Long-press the app icon for quick add, a new transaction or a new transfer

Kazna now fills in the category for you: pick a payee and it suggests the one you usually use for it. It only ever fills an empty field — a category you chose yourself is never replaced. On by default; turn it off under Preferences → New transaction screen → Suggest a category

Swipe actions on the blotter now work the way they do on iOS: the row holds open with labelled buttons instead of firing the moment you let go, you can pick up to three actions for the left swipe and two for the right, and swiping a row all the way across runs the first one

Duplicating a transaction left the new row tucked under the date header, so the copy you had just made was half hidden

Deposit insurance: Kazna can warn when the deposits at one bank add up to more than would be compensated if the bank failed — insurance pays per bank, so four modest deposits at one place can quietly leave part of your money uncovered. Off by default; switch it on in Preferences → Accounts List, where the limit is filled in for your home currency and can be changed

Debts is no longer marked beta. It has shipped to everyone for a while and works; the label was outstaying its welcome

Exchange rates could stop updating without saying anything — when the rate service was unreachable, old rates kept showing as though they were current, and every converted total was quietly out of date. Kazna now falls back to a second source, and the rates screen tells you when an update failed

Maturity reminders for deposits: a notification before one ends, while you can still move the money or stop the rollover — set how far ahead in Preferences → Accounts List

If notifications are switched off, the reminder setting says so and offers to turn them back on, instead of leaving you waiting for a reminder that was never going to arrive

Opening a deposit now walks through it in steps — the terms, the money that funds it, then a review before anything is saved. You can choose to fund it later, and back out at any point without leaving a half-made deposit behind

New Home widget: deposits about to mature, each with its bank, labels, rate and the days left — set how far ahead it looks, from 30 days to everything

Upcoming now lists the interest your deposits are due to pay, next to your planned payments

The internal names put right in 1.12.2 — "<NO_PROJECT>" and the like — were still showing on iPhone and iPad. They are corrected the first time you open this version

A new install started with almost none of the built-in categories. They are added the first time you open this version
